Sealing cracks in your parking lot or asphalt is a key maintenance item. When cracks are left unattended they expand, going from singular cracks to spiderweb cracks that soon will turn into potholes. This happen because moisture is able to free move throughout the asphalt further damaging it.
Before we crack seal/crack fill we clean out the cracks with pressurized air to ensure that we are able to get the full amount of crack seal in the crack. This inhibits water and moisture from moving throughout the crack and protecting your investment. We always crack seal prior to sealcoating to ensure that your lot is properly taken care of.
